ANKER hydraulic belt lacers

We strongly recommend to install ANKER belt fasteners with our hydraulic belt lacers. Changeable adaptors and universal combs ensure that most ANKER belt fasteners can be installed with any belt lacer, even where wide belt widths are involved.

The fasteners must be pressed into the belt in a geometrically correct way to ensure optimum power transmission, a long lifetime and an easy closure of mechanical splices.

ANKER belt lacers are available in a variety of versions:

• With 150 or 300 mm press width per stroke;
  
  
• With 6,000 , 10,000 and 20,000 kp pressure at 500 bar;
  
  
• With compact hydraulic units with freeprogrammable pressure, or a two-stage foot pump with adjustable pressure;
  
  
• With heated jaws (depending on the version)
  
  
• With variable gauge pin diameters in order to achieve the optimum U-shaped loop.
