We specialize in single and small-series parts with high tolerance requirements, typical of the tooling and machine-building industries.
CNC Milling
From simple 3-axis bodies to complex geometries requiring simultaneous 5-axis machining.

CNC Turning
Precision turning of shafts, sleeves and bar parts, also using driven tools (mill-turn).

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
Essential in the toolroom for producing complex shapes in hardened materials and carbides.

Machined Materials
We have experience machining a wide spectrum of engineering materials.
Tool Steels
1.2379 (NC11LV), 1.2343 (WCL), 1.2842 (NC6) and others. Also in hardened condition (hard machining).
Stainless Steels
AISI 304 (1.4301), AISI 316L (1.4404). Machining requiring high surface quality.
Aluminium and Non-Ferrous Metals
Aluminium alloys (PA6, PA38), brass, bronze. Fast machining of bodies and lightweight elements.
Engineering Plastics
POM C, Polyamide (PA), PEEK, PTFE (Teflon). Sliding parts and insulators.
