Potato product lines (fries, chips, patties) combine washing and blanching with intensive frying and freezing. The belt must withstand hot oil, water and temperature swings.

Wire Mesh drains oil and water, while Eyelink gives a stable surface for larger products. The open structure shortens drip zones.
