Wire mesh belts under chocolate and glaze curtains - free removal of excess coating.

When enrobing with chocolate or glaze the product passes under a coating curtain, and the excess must flow away through the belt. The open Wire Mesh structure allows excess removal and coating recirculation.

Clean transfer on a small turning radius protects the delicate coating from damage when moving to the next stage (e.g. a cooling tunnel).
