Frying

Belts resistant to hot oil and temperature swings, with easy draining and cleaning.

In industrial fryers the belt works submerged in hot oil and is exposed to constant temperature swings and an aggressive environment. AISI 304/316 stainless steel provides chemical and thermal resistance, while the open belt structure lets oil flow freely and drain from the product.

The flat, stable Eyelink surface holds the product in place, while the Wire Mesh structure maximises oil contact and drains excess fat. Both constructions clean easily and form no pockets that trap contaminants.

Why a metal belt

  • Resistance to hot oil and temperature swings (AISI 304/316 steel).
  • Open structure = effective fat draining.
  • Hygienic construction with no hidden gaps - easy cleaning.

Eyelink

Eyelink

Flat, stable surface with positive (form-fit) drive. The single-level weave eliminates the tunnel effect. Twentebelt is the worldwide leader in this construction.

Wire Mesh

Wire Mesh

Large openings and minimal product contact. Small turning radius = excellent transfer. FDA / GMP / EC 1935/2004 compliant.
