Proofing

Belts for proofing chambers - stable support of dough in a warm, humid atmosphere.

Proofing takes place in a warm, humid atmosphere in which the dough rises and changes volume. The belt must give stable support, not distort and resist moisture.

Towers and proofing chambers use TwenteFlex spiral belts and flat Eyelink belts, which keep the dough pieces in a constant position and provide a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface.

Why a metal belt

  • Stable support of rising dough.
  • Resistance to a warm, humid atmosphere.
  • Spiral solutions for proofing towers.
