Battering
Wire mesh belts for wet batter coating - even coverage and draining.
In wet batter coating the product is covered with liquid batter whose excess must drain freely. The open Wire Mesh ensures even coverage and draining without batter building up on the belt.
Stainless steel resists the sticky environment and cleans easily, shortening sanitary downtime between batches.
