Heating

Belts for heating and heat-treatment zones - dimensionally stable, for very high temperatures.

Heating and heat treatment - from heating zones in food lines to industrial and hardening furnaces - require a belt that does not change dimensions or tracking under heat.

Balanced weave (Spiral Woven) constructions, including the rod-reinforced (RR) version, run up to +1200 °C, e.g. in glass furnaces and heat treatment. Eyelink and Wire Mesh suit lower ranges.

Why a metal belt

  • Operation up to +600 °C (Eyelink/Wire Mesh) and +1200 °C (Spiral Woven RR).
  • Dimensional stability and straight tracking at high temperature.
  • Heat-resistant alloys available on request.

Spiral Woven

Spiral Woven

The most versatile weave - from heavy, hot products to fine goods. Rod Reinforced type up to +1200 °C. Perfectly round edge = clean transfer.

Eyelink

Eyelink

Flat, stable surface with positive (form-fit) drive. The single-level weave eliminates the tunnel effect. Twentebelt is the worldwide leader in this construction.

Wire Mesh

Wire Mesh

Large openings and minimal product contact. Small turning radius = excellent transfer. FDA / GMP / EC 1935/2004 compliant.

Special belts

Special belts

Combinox hybrid, self-supporting plate belts, filter belts and ready-made 90° conveyor curves - solutions beyond the standard range.
