Breading

Wire mesh belts for breading - minimal contact, free removal of excess.

Breading requires even product coverage and free removal of excess crumb. The open Wire Mesh minimises product contact with the belt and lets the breading fall through the structure.

A small turning radius ensures clean transfer of the coated product to the next stage, while the gap-free hygienic construction eases cleaning after the shift.

Why a metal belt

  • Minimal surface contact with the product.
  • Free removal and recirculation of excess breading.
  • Clean transfer on a small turning radius.
